Three "Specie Rara" Polenta Qualities
POLENTA
FOR FOUR PEOPLE
- 1000ml poultry or vegetables broth
- 200g polenta
- 80g parmesan cheese
- 50g butter
- 1tb herb salt

Cooking time: ca. 45-60minutes
Bring the stock to boil and stir in our polenta. Reduce the heat to low, add the herb salt and cook gently for about 45-60minutes, depending on the desired consistency. Frequently stir well with a wooden spoon or heat-resistant spatula so that the polenta does not burn.
Before serving, add the cheese and butter. If the polenta is too thick, add some more broth.

Polenta is derived from maize, of which we produce three different qualities: polenta from 'Rosso del Ticino' maize, polenta from white maize, and polenta from 'Millo Corvo' maize
